Please ensure your child knows which club they are attending on which day, they should be ready to attend club at 3.15pm and know who is collecting them.
Children who do not have the required PE kit for their club may not be able to attend the club if an alternative club is not available - we will contact you in the event of this happening.
We would ask that all children are collected at the end of the club sessions from their usual collection points. Children will not be allowed to walk home by themselves after clubs.
All staff will try to give a week’s notice prior to cancelling a club however due to training and school events this is not always possible – please check your emails/messages for club cancellations.
Our staff run clubs on a voluntary basis – my thanks to them for their support in organising the after school activities for the children.
