School Uniform

SCHOOL UNIFORM

Queensferry Sports, Station Road, Queensferry stocks a full range of our uniform including school fleeces/coats/PE and Book Bags.

 

Winter: Royal blue sweatshirt with school logo, blue or white polo shirt grey/charcoal trousers/skirt/pinafore dress and black shoes.

Summer: Blue or white polo shirt, short trousers/blue summer gingham dress if preferred.                                            

 

The following items will be required for P.E. and Games:

Foundation Phase Pupils (Aged 3 – 7): Black shorts, white T. Shirt and pumps (black slip-on - no laces please)

KS2 (Aged 7 – 11): Black shorts, white T-shirt and black pumps (indoor PE) trainers (outdoor PE)

 

• It is essential that all items of clothing or equipment are clearly marked with your child's name – many thanks
• We do keep a lost property box in school and you may request to view the contents if your child loses an item of clothing

 

JEWELLERY:

For health and safety reasons we ask that pupils do not wear jewellery/wristbands to school. However pupils are allowed to wear a watch if they wish.

 

EARRINGS: If pupils have ears pierced during the school year they must wear plasters over their earrings – after six weeks their earrings must be removed for school.

Nail varnish/acrylic nails are not permitted due to health, hygiene and safety requirements.

 

The Governing Body and staff at Sealand School aim to ensure that our uniform policy, which is accepted on entry to our school, is respected and that pupils are neat and presentable in personal appearance. We would ask that hairstyles/hair accessories/footwear are appropriate in the context of school uniform and the requirements of the school day.
